Phone reminders

Phone reminder setup is now a part of an appointment booking workflow. Set how many days in advance you want the reminder to be delivered to the patient and the system will automatically place a reminder call. It will ask the patient to confirm or cancel the appointment or the call might be transferred back to the clinic for assistance.

Bulk messaging by phone/email

The feature is used to inform patients of the clinic about certain events/changes/new services/etc. Example: office closure for holidays.
