lick-to-Call Telephony System
MediClick® is now fully integrated with the telephony system (Asterisk-based IVR). User sets the reminder options as a part of an appointment booking workflow.
MediClick® will choose the proper message text, add necessary appointment-specific information (e.g., patient name, clinic name, appointment date and time), will convert the text into voice file using text-to-speech engine, and automatically place a call to the patient using our – not clinic’s – phone infrastructure.
The telephony system also has a capability for bulk phone messages. They can be used to inform patients of the clinic about certain events/changes/new services (e.g., office closure for holidays, start of vaccination campaign).
